Payment & Refund Policy

1. Payment

Camp fees are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include all applicable taxes. Payment is collected only after your spot has been confirmed in writing. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and UK bank transfer (Faster Payments). The full fee is due before the first session unless otherwise agreed.

2. Trial session

You can attend one on-pitch trial session before committing. The trial is free of charge and carries no obligation to book a camp.

3. Cancellations & refunds

• · 14+ days before camp start: 100% refund.
• · 7–13 days before camp start: 50% refund or full credit toward a future camp.
• · Less than 7 days: non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another eligible player at no charge.
• · Medical cancellation (with a doctor's note): full refund or credit at any time.

4. Cancellation by us

If we cancel a camp for any reason (weather, facility, low enrolment) you receive a full refund or a credit toward a future camp — your choice.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@jokrofootballab.co.uk from the address used to book. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
